Logging in to 6sapp is quick — most players are back in their account within thirty seconds of arriving on this page. Here is how the process works and what to expect.
Standard Login Process
Enter your registered Philippine mobile number or email address along with your password. If you are on a device you have used before, you will go straight to your account. If the platform does not recognise your device, it will send an OTP to your registered mobile number as an extra security step. Enter that OTP when prompted, and you are in.
The OTP step is not a glitch or an error — it is a deliberate security feature. It means that even if someone else has your password, they cannot access your account without also having physical access to your registered Philippine SIM. Never share your OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be 6sapp staff.
If You Cannot Log In
There are a few common reasons a login might not go through:
- Wrong credentials — double-check that you are using the mobile number or email address you used when you registered. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- OTP not received — check that your Philippine SIM has signal and is active. If the OTP does not arrive within a couple of minutes, request a new one using the resend option on the OTP screen.
- Account temporarily restricted — multiple failed login attempts can trigger a temporary hold as a security precaution. Contact our support team at [email protected] to resolve this.
- Account closed — if you previously requested a self-exclusion or account closure, your account will no longer be accessible. Contact support if you believe this was done in error.
If you have genuinely forgotten your password or the mobile number you registered with, reach out to our support team directly. Do not create a new account — each player is permitted one account, and creating a second one while one already exists under your name is a breach of the platform rules.
Keeping Your 6sapp Account Secure
A few habits go a long way toward keeping your account safe:
- Use a strong, unique password — avoid using the same password you use for email, social media, or other platforms
- Do not share your login details — your account is for your personal use only; sharing access violates the terms and puts your funds at risk
- Log out when using shared devices — if you ever access your account on a device that others use, always log out when you are done
- Keep your registered mobile number active — your Philippine SIM is tied to OTP delivery; if you change numbers, update your account details via support
Login on Mobile and the 6sapp App
6sapp works smoothly on any mobile browser on Android or iOS. If you prefer a dedicated app experience, the 6sapp mobile app is available for download — see the Download page for instructions. The app and the browser version use the same account, so you can switch between them freely. Your balance, history, and settings are the same across both.
